All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging. All sale items are final sale. Exchanges may only be made for the same item being returned, if a different size is available. Otherwise, please return merchandise for a refund, and purchase another item (if desired) as a separate transaction.
All returns must be authorized by Gimme Shoes. Items returned for a refund may be subject to shipping/restocking fee of $15 for one returned item, $25 for two or more returned items.
Please email your return request with purchase order number and specific items you want to return. Once you receive a return authorization number (RA#) from Gimme Shoes, please pack and securely seal the merchandise. Mark your RA# on the outside of the box; packages sent without an RA# will be refused. Send pre-paid and insured to:

We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements. In addition, certain returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee. If you did not pay a shipping fee for your merchandise, you will be credited less the cost to ship the goods to you.
When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card account you used for the purchase. We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
If your order is over $200 we offer free domestic ground shipping. However, if the order is returned, the free shipping promotion will not apply. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. Gimme Shoes does not ship orders to multiple addresses, to PO boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses. Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico (only 2-day or next-day service). Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays, and after 1pm Pacific Time will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on weekends or Federal holidays.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Gimme Shoes, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Gimme Shoes. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
